Acas launches Flex At Work guidance

It's important to reasonably consider flexible working requests submitted by employees. Acas is launching their ‘Flex at Work’ campaign in preparation for the new flexible working law in 2024 and their upcoming updated guidance and Code of Practice on handling request for flexible working.

They have guidance, resources and training to help employers and employees best manage flexible working, including;

• Working from home and hybrid working

• Making a flexible working request

• Responding to a flexible working request

• Flexible working policy template

Acas has created a Toolkit with draft copy and assets, which you can use to help promote the campaign in your organisation.
