Jane Masey

I am a senior HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience delivering people-related change and improvement projects.  Prior to consulting, I was head of HR for the Spanish practice of one of the world’s largest international law firms, based in Madrid, where I took the lead on work to embed the firm’s global standards in a local context. I speak fluent Spanish 

Aside from consulting, I am an Executive Coach, helping clients explore their strengths and what gives them energy at work. My coaching clients are usually senior people or those preparing for a leadership role, who are often looking to increase their self-confidence, develop an authentic leadership approach or communicate in a more consultative way.

I love the variety of work I do from training to restructuring to culture reviews to investigations, and more. I really enjoy working with our clients in the legal and professional services sectors (given my background), while also enjoying the variety of working with those in the charity, arts and leisure sectors 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me near the sea, swimming, hiking or running on the Sussex coast, or at Newhaven Lifeboat Station, where I am a volunteer member of the Management & Operations Team.
