“I trained and qualified at a magic circle law firm. My work in the employment department focused on transactional and advisory work. The transactional work principally involved cross border corporate transactions, large scale restructurings and redundancy programmes. I also provided ongoing advice to retained clients on reviews of employee handbooks and employment contracts and drafting and negotiating director service contracts and settlement agreements. Additionally I regularly gave client and in-house training sessions. 

I took a career break to raise three children, during which time I ran a small property business. Following which I returned to work as an employment lawyer joining the Starford team.”
